Our Campus Recruitment/Selection drive involves the following process:

Pre – Placement talk: Here we introduce the students to the company by highlighting its milestones, achievements, management structure and job description, etc.

Short listing the candidates: Here we screen the student’s profiles to shortlist the profiles matching Job description.

Written Test. We perform an aptitude test to filter the suitable candidates for the next round.

Group Discussion : Here we assess the communication skills, personality, leadership capabilities and other traits of the candidates

Technical Interview: Here we evaluate the technical ability of student.

Formal Interview: This is the final round where we assess the confidence level as well as his interests and skills required for the Job profile.

Post Placement Talk : Once the candidate is provided with the job offer letter, the company HR or representative are called in to provide the guidelines and joining procedure and other information to the candidate
